the shape if your fish does not appear to be elong...and it does not look nothing like elong as well. get a better pictures and we can help you with the ID.
Thats either a rhom or a gibbus...but im leaning towards rhom
I too thought it was an elong at a first glance...but it looks to me as tho the fish was at an angle when the picture was taken so it gives the illusion that its shaped like an elong
