it looks like a very emactiated rhom to me, the fat storage on the top of the head is very lacking.
this fish needs feeding up quite a bit.

i'm not going to bet my reputation on it, but a rhom seems like the most logical choice... even in its emaciated state, i still see rhom characteristics, including the red eyes
