That may be a baby dovii. Its parachromis for sure not jag though. Either dovii or mota maybe

I am positive as well as it being some sort of Parachromis. Leaning toward Mota more so than Dovii. The LFS I bought the group of HRP's from did have juvenile RTM's in another tank. Would the fish have more red coloration at 3.5"? Or does it develop later?

I haven't personally kept motas, my dad has though from what I remember they look like that up until like 4-5 inches then you'll see more red or if it's a real dominant fish it may show the red

Looks like a young Mota to me too. Give it some time to acclamate and color up a bit. Could be a nice looking female too.
 

The above pic, is a motaguense I had, at about the same size as yours.
There are a number of color morphs, some are more yellow than red.
Here's a pic of what the youngster above became.
