Nevrmind on that post. I just read through the whole statute, and basically, they will not ok a permit for a private aquarium. 68A-23.005(c) states "Permits may be granted for research or to commercial import or export facilities or public aquaria involved in educational efforts. Permits will not be issued for display in private aquaria". What a bummer
