i'd prefer a better picture, but it looks to me like a female loiselli, if the coloration of the fish is yellow, with a slightly blue shade above the lateral splotches across the body then i'd say loiselli is more likely. if the coloration is more plain and dull, dirty white, than it could be a possibly female jaguar.
I can't decide if it's a freddy or a loisellei. One way to tell is to look at the finnage: Freddies sometimes show a blue tint on the edge of their fins, whereas loisellei fins are red-tinted.
