I agree, most blue acaras show a lot of green in my experience ... I seen nothing that might suggest a hybrid. It might have been the silver lining that was prompting that, as A. pulcher has orange ... but both A. latifrons and A. coeruleopunctatus both have silver edged dorsal fins (those two species are the other two 'blue acaras').

lacks the bright orange fin tips of the comercially available green terror
considered a different species and hard to get hold of. if it turns out to be one of these thats a very good pick up.
ive kept gold saums and blue acaras before and it looks just like a juvie saum. the fins suggest that it is silver saum.
 
the point was made earlier that there are two sub-types of blue acara that don't have orange lining on the dorsal fin . . . since the body-type and markings look so much like a BA, I would still lean towards BA only
