Out of my league but i'll give it 8 based on the short barbles and the horizontal pectoral fins, they sould be pointing down at about 45 degrees to be perfect.
Nice big fins overall and a straight back.

well... I got to be fair. The fish is swimming against the glass and thus the pectoral fin look cramped up. And I see the water current seen rather strong thus the barbels are not straight.;)

Its a green, I wished he didn't put it under "pink" lights.

Shows nicer colors and more natural under a white lights.

To rate it, I'd give it 1 cause it's not mines :grinno:

And a Jar in the corner?? Cool uncle.
 
Nice green aro. I woulda dispense with the pink/red light. I have seen green aro that was really green ... the guy called it jade ... i thought that was pretty exotic ... mine is silvery. It is puny and it is swiming at funny angle =(
