i have been told by the guy i got it from "diamonte lake mono". i was later told it was a "peru mono" and bassinmike just said it looked like an ocell. this makes me ponder so i snaped a few more pics since it is more then setteled in now. i plan on breeding it with my lastest group of monos so an acurate id would be a great help for any frys that will be sold. it is unsexed at this point, but my thought is female. i supost i could if i get ambitious catch it out and sex it. may just wait till i move it into the 125gal with the others to try for some spawning. it is 13" now.
