Ruddy, sorry you lost the little dude, but as an FYI for the future, there is a product made by Kent called "Garlic Xtreme" and if you add that to the food(even bloodworms) it will start to kill internal parasites quick. I just used it to get my trimac back to normal and he already had one fin in the grave. Use that and treat the tank like the link that Lusus post suggests. Good luck with the next one!

Thanks... I haven't had much luck with these 2 Kamfa flowerhorns. The one wouldn't eat,but you know that. The other I put in my 220G. Lots of places to hide. So many good places I lost him for 8 days. Well I found him in my filter basket drip tray when I was changing my filter. OH Mi Gosh he's alive...

Tossed him in the sump while I changed the filter and took him out when I was done. Dang it dang it the water pressure 900GPH pushed on the bio balls and rocked it against his body for 8 days and against his eye. Well I put him in a 30G and started the AQUARI-SOL treatment for the eye for a week and his side was scuffed. He healed great except the eye.

I do have a healthy one eyed Kamfa in a 55G. So we will see how my one eyed buddy does. So far so good.
