Those horizontal dot line throw me off.... according to those azul progression pictures posted, those horizontal dot lines usually disappear at that size.... I hate to ID these ambiguous individuals ,but would love to have some. :naughty::naughty:

Do you have a 1800 hot line that I can call??? :D

Let me see if I can come up some more challenging pictures.

i agree with brian...i think ashdavid had zullies at that size still with massive spotting.
just like in the pic.

James,
Do you know what website the last pic came from? I have also seen C. mirinae (Xingu I) with the same pattern. I hate putting my neck out and say they are this or they are that, but sometimes it's fun to test my ID skills.....which have been getting rusty lately!!
Thanks,

OMG.... I spent 2 hrs already just can't find that website again. It must be one of those south america fishing expedition websites where there is a link after another one. I will let you if I find it again.

You want more pictures??? Sure, I will find more interesting pics for the challenge. It's kind of fun anyway. In the process of trying to ID something and you learn from the process.

What is your guess then?? Hhhmmm, I still say intermedia. Didn't the ones from RW only have 5 bars initially??
