It looks like a GHOST tinfoil barb which is a man made variant of the tin foil from Asian fish farms. There are several other tinfoil variants coming out.
Yeah, it possibly could be the clear type tinfoil called a glass tinfoil but I have not really seen pics of them. Either that or a lemon fin barb, not sure which.
