Its a normal. All of my normals look different. If it was something special the only way to really tell is breed it out and see what you get.

OO and any breeder that has half a brain will not sell a normal that might have something special going on for 40 bucks. theyd keep it and breed it out to see if it really has something else or is just a awesome example of a normal bp
