I have pretty much given up on them being Interm They kinda look Orino,MFM and Jose think so.I am still holding out they may be something a little differentWhen not even stressed i still see 1a and 2a coming down .My camera sucks so you guys really can't pick up on the coppery gold and hints of blue in the fins so i guess just wait and see

These came out of the Rio Orinoco, right? C. nigromaculata also comes out of the upper orinoco but I think on the Venezuelan side. Though if they are C. orinocensis they are a great looking locality. Here is a couple pictures of Brian Scott's old C. orinocensis "Rio Orinoco".

Yes suposably they came from the Rio Orinoco.I don't think Nigro tho to light.Just holden on to a little hope that they are something a little special!!!!If they turn out like D macks i would be happy for sure Josh

It's kinda a bummer but hey I think i got some nice bass that are not tems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I actually love tems and when i have a tank over 500 i will get one and a pinima they are just beautiful specimans
