Definitely an otoclinus! Not a chinese algae eater lol. Don't throw it away! It is a wonderful algae eater for planted tanks. It is in the order loricandidae ( armored catfish or plecos, probably spelled wrong) it technically isn't a pleco but is the same thing. Keep it!!!!
