Yep, but I'm having second thoughts now. I have had him for about 2 years, and he doesn't bother anybody, so I think I'll keep him.

Sounds good. He sounds like he's pretty mellow, so I would keep him if I were you. He's also very impressive.

Just saw this guy yesterday at the LFS. The owner hand feeds him. He also likes to walk around with a 4' Nile Monitor hanging on his t-shirt clad back...

Apparently they eat a lot of shellfish in nature and have a crushingly powerful bite.

It all depends....From 20$-100$ is what I have seen with the Africans...The SA's are more and the AUL's are priceless....
