You can't always go by the tail bars as all ST tails are not like the photos you've posted. The tail bars on the fish in the photos you posted are widely considered to be perfect ST tails.

Lump them all in the ST catagory unless they show 90% indo traits. Screw the CT name. If an IT happens to show one possible ST trait (thick middle bar, 24/7 bold colors, etc), then we still call him an IT. If the IT has more than 1 ST feature, then just lump him in with ST's I suppose. Why not!...Or we keep the CT name & any obvious pulcher (ST or CT?) that might just have a confusing tail stripe, or a beak face instead of a rat face, or a slight bulge in the 3rd bar & so on..we call them CT's in these cases. If a pulcher has every last trait that the standard charts tell us (including tail stiping), then these should be the only standard for the name "Siamese Tiger"...GOD THIS IS NONSENSE WHAT I'M WRITING HERE!..This is where these discussions & recent confusing dats have brought me in the last few years, I just realized now. The days of countless uncontroversial ST's are long gone, confusion will remain till the real deal ST's are bred
