Yeah I picked it up. There's another dwarf for $30, didn't get the name. Owner told me not alot of people know about them so they can't justify spending that amount for "such a small fish." When I went back I told him that it was a regani. He said when they got the shipment in it was so small that IDin was difficult. The fish had been sitting on display for about a month.

Its a dwarf, haha, how much larger did he expect it to get? They are fairly easy to ID...even at smaller sizes. Or at least be able to tell which group it came from.

I totally hear you on the 'people won't spend money on it' thing. Its pretty much the same at any LFS it seems. They say that people don't know what they are, so they don't sell, so its just wasted money. I just don't have enough tanks!

I actually thought about doing the bottom of my new tank just for dwarf pikes. The foot print is 7'x2.5' height is 2.5'. But I think I'm gonna hold off for now =P
