I might be inclined to disagree. It's very hard to tell from the pic, but P. Loisellie have a distinct iridescent pearl coloration above the lateral line. Maybe another pic would help make this a concrete ID determination.

Loisellei don't develop that coloration until they are older. That fish is definately loisellei; no other Parachromis species has that oval bodyshape.

My Loisellei had just started to develop its pearl coloration when I had to give it up for adoption.
