Hi.

I bought these guys about a month ago.
They are 6-8" now.
They were labeled as Red Hooks.
Could you also tell me how big they get please.

btw they eat everything (my plants too)

Look like red hooks, still can do some growing and yes, will devour plants non stop.

yes they do look like Myleus rubripinnis - Red hook silver dollar to me, look healthy enough,, hehe you discovered they like to eat at the salad ber then,size around 8inches so i understand, bogwoodbruce has kept<think he still has some big ones

Yep there redhooks. Grow to 12''+.

hehe see i googled redhooks, remembered bogwood had some huge ones, then on all the info they say rarely over 4inches, what a joke eh

ooooo red hooks. i love those, never had a tank right for them though. They get quite large. good luck with them

Yep those are redhooks i have a female who is a sold 10", they get some people orange spots when they grow also
