4"-5" in size, has been that size for at least over a year.

Any help in ID-ing is greatly apreciated.
 
After some fishbase searching I came up with Ophieleotris aporos. However there is only 1 picture that I found under that name, can somebody assure me that this is indeed Ophieleotris aporos?
 
Looks pretty much like the ones I have known as Jade Sleeper Goby. Not sure 100% from your pix.

Looked up and mine were right next to me so you compare. (ignore the dirty glass)

Seems quite a bit like it, except that all jade gobies I've found pictures of seem fat and have very round heads, mine has a narrower head and a more elongated body.

If you look at the first picture, the one is very skinny and the head is different and always has been. Both came form the same tank the same day so who knows.
 
It could be that a few different species are being sold under the same common name. Was labeled as a mogurnda sp. here lol.

different species.
forgot the scientific name...but its also called jade goby by many...
