I just can't seem to figure it out from the profiles or looking. They're supposed to both be hystrix... They also had 2 labeled as motoros which I am sure were.

You get those?
nope, thinking about taking the plunge, though. I wanted a positive ID first.

Search for Brown rays.

Many different names for them.

The first one looks like a orbignyi

The second looks like my Peru Yepezi

I have 2 females like that. Here a pic of 1 of mine.

Guyana, Dumerelli are a couple.

1st pic looks Jag to me.

they all get HUGE!!

If they don't die on you. Pretty rare to see a big brown ray.

Ok, so first one is either jaguar ray or orbignyi, mostly likely
and second one is yepezi.

which one is more "desirable" and how long would each last (avg growth) in a 6x1.5, 7x2, 8x2.5? also, which is the easiest to care for? If I know right, a jaguar ray will get too big for what I want. I am planing on at least 10x4x3 eventually, but IDK when, so something that will fit in an 8x2.5 for a few years at least would be cool.
