Uaru

Uaru fernandezyepezi ?

It's a Uaru amphiacanthoides. Not fernandezyepezi. It's just in juvenile coloration still. Some just grow a lot slower than others.

Keep up good water and good food and hopefully it gets some size on it.

Agree with this.

You may find that it'll suddenly have a monster growth spurt. I picked up a juvenile Severum who was a very keen feeder but never put any size on. He stopped eating for a few weeks and I was quite worried, then all of a sudden he began eating again and is piling on the size now.

it is uaru A. no doubt.
this an uaru F juvenile

he is growing because when uaru are very young they do not have the black "triangle" mark showing. its only when they start to grow that it starts to shine through, you will start seeing the spots get bigger until they eventually hit each other and slowly disappear to leave the black triangle mark. if you have pics from when you first got him and now then you should notice something different about it. i didnt think mine were growing but when i looked at pics it was a different story. remember when you see something everyday you dont notice little changes as clearly.
Japes is right you will see a growth spurt at some point when the little monster wont stop.
