Looks pretty similar to me

Cloud Minnow. I think that's how you say it...

EDIT: Nvm, I have no clue, lol. Maybe a Pencil fish.
It almost looks like an ordinary Minnow.

Thanks guys for the replies. Yeah 'Flying barb' wins IMO! Though by looking at the pics apollo shark minnow was a close contender.
