Potamotrygon Caqueta...trade name red reticulata,note the huge claspers on what looks to be a ray with a disc size of no more than 12 to 15cm......very difficult species to raise in captivity.Country of origin..Colombia.

As aquaman45 says these are difficult to raise in captivity but are nice rays and sexually mature at much smaller disc size.
