Not really that long, but I've had my retic for almost 2 years, have yet to experience the random dying thing that everyone keeps talking about. Probably the only difference though is, this girl has a tank to herself away from the other rays, not sure if that makes a difference or not though.NikkiC;3443492; said:I had a pair of these and the first male never did get eating and eventually died. I then got another male and they lasted about 6 months eating earthworms and feeding well and then stopped eating and died. Never did find out why.
Would be interesting to see if anyone has had any long term success with this species.
