Defo look amphilophus of some kind, By that i mean, Citrinelum, xilloensis, sagittae, labiatum possibly. All of these species are available in barred or coloured forms. Rapps list is full of em.

While it's possible the wrong shipment ended up with you and someone else is enjoying your festae, he ought to be trying to work with you on this. Sounds like he is just refusing to own up here. If it were me , I'd blast him for it on the local forums.
