thanks for all the comments, do you guys think he will grow a kok? My understanding is it depends on genes but does water temp play a major role also? Are there obvious signs its a male?

I think it looks more female, but I'm kind of new to the fh thing. The fh in my avatar is a female and you can kind of see she has a big kok for a 5" female. Your fish isn't showing any kok. Yes, temp. and other water conditions play a role i kok size along with nutrition. How big is your fish?
