Never mind, I found out what it is. I thought it was some sort of pleco when I first saw it and I was right.
Yep... Some kinda pleco. 
A Farlowella sp. to be more specific. A fat one, BTW.

farlowella are not plecos. To be specific on the species, Yours is a farlowella gracellis. There are 2 commonly avalible types(F. Gracellis, and F. acus) They run for $3.00-$7.00 around here
