Thanks but really looking forward to some serious finnage lol. Stil no positive id's. Still have it, can't make it back to lfs before they close. LFS swears its an altifron variation still.HELP!!!! Don't really want to give back if its somthing more uncommon lol.

Where did you get it ?? Pet Pouri ?? I know they have quite a few Geo's in there and Clark seems so know his stuff on Geo's, as he keeps them himself.

I did. He says def not bras., but is now calling it a altifron variation (also came with white stringy poo:irked:) :screwy::wall:

That's weird that he'd mess them up like that, it might have been labeled Altifron when it was shipped to him and they just threw the name on the tank.. I know out of the 5 I bought 3 turned out to be Altifrons and 2 ended up being red heads.. I know they're tough to id at small sizes..

Ya, that was my theory. My car broke down so i have no way to get it back right now. Imma have to hold on to it for a bit. Hopefully I can get a positive ID before then.
Just talked to petpouri, they got the scientific name. Astatheros Altifron. Thanks for everyones help, time to do some research to see if gonna keep or not.(don't think so)
