Oh I bet they will be fine. Those convicts have been in there with them sense the begining. They dont bother them....actually the cons beat up the Oscars and my big cats. lol Actually 3rd pic down show a little hole in the drift wood where a pair of cons live. every time the oscars go by it they shoot out and nip at them. lol
If those are Acei they are different from ones I have seen. Mine have solid yellow top fins and tails. The black at the bottom of their tails along with the majority of the top fine being blueish is unique.

I think I know where you got the fish. If they were returns to the store there is a good chance that you have some cross breeds. Some of mine had a solid ID when small but as they grew it became obvious that they are cross breads. I am not that much of a purist about cross breeds, unless I plan to breed them, so it has not been a problem with the bunch I have.
