Hi, Explain why as it has very thick bars and looks the same pattern as other Pulchers...but Im no expert ...looks like no Microlepis Ive ever owned....
Thanks
LEE

Microlepis also have wide bars, Im 110% sure this is not a pulcher, IF it is the seller should kick himself in the nuts for selling his "pulcher" for £10 and not £1000.

counting the stripes from the eye,
the fifth stripe does not extend all the way down on pulchers

in your fish the fifth stripe extends all the way down therefore it is a clear indo

i have 2 of those

Indo's or microlepis can have very different shape of bars.
Many people on MFK has 3 widebar Microlepis'.
Look at the end/tail of your Microlepis.

Im very happy with the Dat but I had to ship it aswell

Ship it?
Read Titanfish's post and that explains it.
As far as i know, Pulchers should have 2 bars on their tail and the bar closest to the end is thinner than the second bar which is thick and longer~

Stripe number four is the indo giveaway as it curves toward the front of the fish at the top.Good looking fish though.

Thanks I like it and thanks for the info about the bar bending but do all Pulchers have the exactly the same markings or is there variants in those too or does there bars never bend !! onl straight bars ??
Many thanks
Lee

Put it this way, pulcher will not be sold for £10.
If it is a pulcher your looking at £600+ :)
