frontosa.. just the shape of the body.. if it is a front.. he needs some companions to thrive... they are best raised in a colony.
 
not lamprologus sexafasciatus my guy has full stripes they dont end half way or 3/4s of the way. in the first pics he was just introduced to the tank now e has gained a more blueish tint so he has blue and white stripes now instead of white and brown stripes like in the pic
 
it looks to be a red frontosa from lookng around online. but what kind of frontosa is a red frontosa. zaire?

no. i dont think they are naturally occurring in the wild. i believe its a defect from breeding.
