I stand corrected. This fish does appear to be a spotted silver dollar. Attached is a picture of spotted silver dollar that I downloaded from Google. Hope this helps.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that it is not a pacu. It looks like a Metynnis lippincottianus.

100% right!...female also.The males of this species are far nicer, generally have larger spots and black fringes to the fins,often some nice red colouration too.
These stay much smaller than common Silver Dollars.

Thanks for the ID help. This is probably my favorite fish out of all the ones I have. Sticks to the large thin bar like glue.
