yellow tail... not sure on the scientific atm but thats the common name i see them as alot.

It is not A. liberiensis, and it's far from M. circumcinctus (zig zag). It's a Macrognathus pancalus.
M. aculeatus don't have this pattern.

The OP's fish is clearly a Macrognathus pancalus.
pictures says a hundred words, i was right and wrong... right fish.. wrong scientific name.. what i get for being lazy and useing google and not double checking.
I was thinking that's probably what happened.
