0$ I'm not into Victorians.

8-15$ in all seriousness, though.

Nice haplochromis sp 44 "thick skin", I'd say its worth 10-15 dollars, their diet is similar to that of mbunas, they prefer vegetable matter (spirulina) over meaty foods. They're endangered in the wild just like any other lake victorian species. Hopefully people keep breeding them so they stay in the hobby for years to come

I will keep breeding them! they're super cool. Can be kept w/ much larger cichlids, including big sa/ca like viejas, any africans,carpintas,etc..no to mention the colors are outstanding.def a 1st round pick!

I bought a way better looking flameback for 10 bucks.

I read many years ago that the Sp44 females group all of their fry together and all care for them collectively in a nursery type arrangement. Never seen it myself but it would be awesome to see.

just like most africans,it is really cool.My female would call em back into her mouth when I would walk by.It was kinda funny if she perceived me as a threat or was she just teaching her young?
