Almost sure its a Texas type cichlid...
 
How does that have no (green) texas? You can see the wormings on his face, and the weird patterns on his body...

Do you know how many cichlids have that coloration and pattern? And in my opinion even the tiniest green texas has defined pearling not worming. But i did say YET because as it grows that worming can expand to pearling. But at that size it also looks like a pearly kamfa fh. And are its fin yellow or is it the picture?

I only know of one species of american cichlid that has that pattern. And that's a Herichthys carpintis.

Though, to be on the same page, when talking about wormings we are talking about this:

Because yes, I've only seen that on H. carpintis. So in my opinion the coloration and pattern matches a H. carpintis. Although I am talking about species, because if you include non-species of cichlids then it's impossible to determine. @_@
