Mylesinus paucisquamatus are not common at the moment. Discus Origins brought in a bunch not too long ago. These are probably from that batch. Mark from discus origins actually had two species mixed Mylesinus paucisquamatus and Mylesinus paraschomburgkii. I received both species when I ordered a small group from him. I would say yours are even rarer due to the spotting. Not all mylesinus paucisquamatus have colored spotting. How big are yours? Mine are almost at the 10" range and hoping for them to hit the 12" marker. When Discus Origins brought them in, they were being sold for around $40 each.
