Yep, i'm a photographer, Its like taking a picture of a lady in a bright pink dress, the color will reflect everywhere

It's a common peru sp stingray or otherwise called Potamotrygon sp. It won't maintain that color and will change depending on the substrate and health. Stressed and skinny at the moment. Example below

I agree with this totally. These vary but not in the way we see in both Humerosa and Orbignyi, the difference are much more suckle. Sometimes on Peruvian lists as Peruvian Hystrix or Yepezi...what a surprise hey! To be fair this is not a bad looking species, I have seen quite a few that I genuinely thought were quite nice.

Sorry for the delay. I'm not agree with the color is the reflective of the tank, when she arrives i put her in a container to acclimatize her and she all ready looks that blue dots. This is a fresh video from her, i took it today.
 
Potamotrygon sp Peru. False Yepezi, Peruvian Hystrix, all these names are used to describe this type of ray. Basically as far as I am aware its never been formerly identified which is strange as these have been shipped out of Peru for many years.
