What kind of African Cichlid is this?

Thanks. I was given a bunch of peacocks and thought he was one.

You're welcome and nope,that is not a peacock.

Definitely a Victorian, but I've never been too into them so couldn't tell you the exact species. Flameback seems like a valid assumption lol.

He was in a peacock tank and seems to be doing well.

Mistaking it for a peacock, is not far out of reality.
The peacocks are for the tribe Haplochromini,
as are the Victorians/genus Haplochromis.
Both very close cousins, just different lakes.
