he, I got these two guyys with a 125 I bought off some guy in phoenix. I have never seen either of these guys and was wondering what they are. and info I would appreciate. thanks !

the second looks like syno. clarias, but i cant see the tail that well, so im probably wrong. IDK its hard to tell from the pics.

Yeh Sun cat- Horabagrus brachysoma

Syno Could be Synodontis Budgetti.

Suns grow over 1ft. The other dfish you got, may grow between 6" and 10".

When you take the cat out of the water, does it grunt?

I don't remember whether that one grunted or not, I know one fish i had did....so maybe it was that one

they get bigger more like 18'' but it takes a long time the second one looks like an armored catfish

first is an eclipse cat (sun cat) and the second looks like a lace cat (synodontis). i've had/have both they're great fish imo
