I'd try some sinking pellets for them... Just make sure you drop them in front of where they are swimming so they can see them/find the quickly or they may not eat them right now.

Hope it helps, at least they are eating some bloodworms, thats better than nothing.
And good luck with them, Im sure they will be beauts when they heal up.

My pangasius doesn't have much of an appetite and doesn't eat anything but algae wafers and an ocassional bite of fresh seafood.

Started feeding mine diced shrimp and noticed a good increase in their growth. They were growing slow as snot in the beggining. I was just feeding them bloodworms and some crisps, but now I have them eating diced shrimp they are really growing. At least compared to before. I am getting half an inch per month whereas before I only got an inch ever 4 months and I've had them for about 6 months. They grew from 2.5" and 3.5" to 5", and 6". I have been feeding them about twice per day on the shrimp, and it seems their growth keeps increasing. Hopefully they will become the monsters I have seen pics of from the wild. I have two imperial sharks also, they stay fat as all get out. I put them in with the IDs in hopes that they will encourage them to eat a ton more.
