Chromides are native to Sri Lanka if I’m correct so it could be that, but it looks a lot like a festae.

One of the ways to determine a festae, from a uropthalus, is the caudal spot.
In festae the spot covers the upper half or so of the caudal.

This is also a way of determining many Soft American cichlid sfrom a Central Americans

Above the S American Mesoheros gephyrum.
In most Central and North American cichlids, the caudal spot is more centered in the middle of the caudal, and sometimes covers almost the entire height of the it (as you see with uropthalmus in my video above.
