thats sounds more your fault then theres, you should always acclimate any fish from anywhere, and q it first, ALWAYS.... and if the fish always die and if it isnt 100% your fault then why would you keep buying from them?

if you read carefully, i said "WHEN I GOT HOME THEY WERE DEAD" i guess i should have been more specific as to they were dead in the BAG..

this maybe Chicago, but we are limted on LFS, well at least quality ones...

and my last paragraph was an informative one to let others know their water parameters..
