Don't know what it is, but it sure is nice!
 
I know it is not a Red Texas, as in the 250.00 FH. It might be a JD/Green Texas mix. But I don't know why everyone is automatically saying Hybrid. I think It could just been a the "reddish" colormorph of Herichthys cyanoguttatus. Look at some of the pics here....

The large spot in the middle, the odd face, and fins all give it away, obviously not a pure cichlid.
 
Very pretty doesn't look like a pure Carpin i would say hybrid to looked like a texas but somethin about the color of the second pic just says flower horn
