I'd have to agree with this. Seems likely to me, as it doesn't seem to fit any species I know of.
It's definately not Veija synspilum. The red and blue pattern on the fins, amongst many other traits, doesn't fit V. synspilum. Nor does the red trim on the dorsal fin, nor the blue and black trim on the anal fin, nor the blue dots surrounding the black blotches on the back part of the fish. In fact I have yet to see any V. synspilum, or any picture of one, that pocessess blue dots like the fish in question. None of these traits are consistent with V. synspilum.
