It looks like the edges of the disc are rotting or have rotted before. Either way whatever it is, its unleathy and WAYYY underfed.

i am trying to feed it frozen shrimps, live redworms and pellets that lfs said it ate (hikari sinking wafers ) but it did not eat yet it only swims.
it was keept in a very small tank a 1 meter overstocked tank with 5 large fish. u can think of the water conditions in the tank the guy is not a fishkeeper the likes to get them cus he can. you guy understand.

i have it in a 2.5 meter tank with 2 oscar and a rtcxtsc and 3 silverdollars and 1 paroon and i do not think it is a problem right?

i stay in the UAE United Arab Emirates

the worms should do the trick, if not you'll need to go find some blackworms or earthworms. Wafers as in algae wafers? They don't usually eat algae wafers, id suggest just getting the ray going on worms first. Its got its hip bones showing so you better pack it with some food soon.

yeah i agree you should atleast start it on worms either black or blood worms, and also get it checked out with the LFS if the oscars are a suitable tankmate for the stingray, because you know the oscars are very agressive

also if i think what ur saying is right, that the ray is gliding around alot, make sure you moniter that, it could be that the ray is under alot of stress.

If the ray is under a lot of stress, it would be hiding in the sand or just not moving at all...

the worms are earthworms and he seems to not like them. the ray will come over it and them leave it. the worms are not from here i had a some one get them form the US, you cant find them in the ground here its a desert. so i am tryin to get him to eat the fresh shrimps and frozen bloodworms (the only thing u can find here in the LFS)

i do not think the ray is stressed

the oscars are not that agressive

to me it looks like the atlantic ray as well... but that round nose is really wierd...
