ID red terrors

Bought these two as red terrors... Thinking they are Mayans but the front one looks different then the rest in the tank and was obviousely healthy. Not sure if its something completely different as it lacks the tail spotting ect of the other, or if you can sex them this young. 2.5" or so. Ty for input and will try and get better pics.

please take pictures once they are settled in . Maybe 48 hours . Its really hard to tell what they are in this picture.

I know the one on the left is not a Festae. It's a Mayan. The blank one there in front I dont know. lol

thanks guys! the lfs said they came in as red terrors and for $4 was worth a gamble, i assumed at the price ect they would be mayans ( which im fine with) also first cichlids i've had in a long time. but our oldest is fascinated with them.

Getting small festaes is easy nowadays.

Yeah it's been a challenge to find another like, or close to Trition. I have another pair forming now but it'll be awhile for these guys to spawn....


And she(Scarlet) has grown quite a bit since she hasn't been spawning which makes it even harder.
