Lol most of the people on here are saying unrelated stuff like that it's overstocked. He came here to ask about his id shark and how he could help it not to get judged on the tank. I had an Id shark a little bit larger than yours with the same stuff and I put in the recommended dose of melafix and within 24 hours I already noticed him getting better. You can also do water changes and add aquarium salt and turn up the temperature. hope that helps
