ID these fish, and do they have any potential?

Number 3 definitely. Number 2 is kind of hard to see the same potential, but if you like them keep them. I love rescues. Genetics has a lot to do with color and over all quality. However so does proper care and feeding. You see this illustrated in a good rescue. Living things need nature AND nurture. Keep us updated.
