I think the first one is a Mississippi map turtle... idk about the other one.
I know it's some kind of map turtle, not sure which so I'll side with you on it being a Mississippi, the other turtle looks to be some sort of musk, mud or stinkpot turtle.

1st is a map turtle which is a good deal if u payed the res price for it,the second is a musk turtle, both are more fish friendly than red sliders and make good pets if well cared for.

if the 1st one isn't a Mississippi Map, it's probably a Cagle's Map, max size will answer for itself in a few years - Mississippi grows 10", while Cagle's only grows 6"
The 2nd one looks to be either a Stinkpot or a Mississippi Mud Turtle......the smell should be a dead giveaway.....still the irregular ridges on the carapace say it's neither....

It was more of a rescue sort of thing. So after all the comments I'm still now sure lol I just know it's not a red eared slider. I did see the missi map turtle but the tail looks different from the Google pics. So I can put fish in this tank?

I don't recommend keeping fish w/ reptiles or amphibians, but people do it anyway. It's just a matter on whether you want to take advice from a guy who's been doing Reptiles/Ampibians/Fish for 30 years like me, or not.
